Kinaare lagaao, written in Rajasthani, is a song we used to sing at the morning assembly in my school Rishi Valley. It is written by the mystic saint poet Mirabai from the Bhakti Movement.

Bring my boat back to the shore, oh prabhuji

The river runs deep, the boat is old
save this drowning boat oh prabhuji

My knowledge and concentration are bundled up
come running to me oh prabhuji
